    You are incorrect about cardio being "way more effective " then resistance training for weightloss. Cardio only burns calories in the mlment that can be offset by a single donut

    As a barefoot runner with a weak spot behind my second toe I do calf raises to the sides of the foot, which are a bit harder for the calves, raise on the outsides of the feet, than land the heel and raise on tha ball behind the big toe, land the heel again and repeat, Calf raises with spread out toes seem to activate more muscles in the feet. I allso lift myself on the forefeet and displace the load from right behind the pinky toe to the ball behind the big toe.

    I ran 4 marathons with my heel strike. I didn't run for like 10 years. I started getting back into it, and wanted to 'train' more than just 'run'. so I watched a lot of 'how to run' videos all talking about toe or forefoot strike. So I changed my method. 6 months in, and I got planter faciaous, achilles tendon issues, cubioud issues, and sore toes. This video convinced me to go back to my old method which had no injuries.

    I remembered at my first meet in high school, my xc coaches said to be fast at the beginning of the race so you don't get trapped behind everyone else (the course had a funnel after an open field at the start and there were probably 100+ runners). I SPRINTED from the start line for the first 100 m. I was dead after that and finished near last place. Coaches gave me a little lecture after the race lol.

Jesus also rose again from the dead three days later, proving everything He said to be true (before He died He said He would rise again from the dead). Everyone has sin and the wages of sin is death. Sin leads to death and death leads to hell (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23) But Jesus died for our sins and paid our debt to sin, so anyone who chooses to believe in Him will be saved from hell and could go to heaven.
